Mr. Chenell practices in the firm's real estate group with a focus on general real estate development, including common interest communities and affordable housing.

Mr. Chenell has represented clients in the areas of residential, commercial and mixed-use development, general land use and leasing matters.

Mr. Chenell was born in Worcester, Massachusetts. In his spare time he enjoys weight lifting, hiking, and supporting the New England Patriots and Boston Red Sox.
