Mr. Wallace practices in the areas of securities and finance, business and corporate and technology and emerging growth. Mr. Wallace represents and counsels a wide range of entrepreneurial and emerging growth companies in commercial and corporate transactions, intellectual property, anti-trust compliance, venture capital and other private equity financings, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Wallace also represents businesses and individuals in commercial litigation, including shareholder disputes and securities arbitration and litigation. Mr. Wallace joined Fairfield and Woods after practicing law for several years in Tucson, Arizona.
During law school, Mr. Wallace was the articles editor of the Arizona Law Review, and also was recognized as the outstanding oral advocate for first year moot court. In 1991, Mr. Wallace was a legal intern in Washington, D.C. for U.S. Senator Dennis Deconcini, working on the Senate Judiciary's Patent, Copyright, and Trademark Subcommittee. Prior to law school, Mr. Wallace was an accountant and financial analyst for Electronic Data Systems in Texas and Germany.
Mr. Wallace serves on the associate Board of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Metro Denver and on the Exploring Board of the Boy Scouts. He enjoys squash, tennis, golf, winter sports, and good food and wine.
