Eric L. Preston practices primarily business and corporate law including mergers & acquisitions as well as securities law. He represents buyers and sellers in many industries including broadcasting, manufacturing, distribution and service. He provides counsel regarding corporate governance, corporate finance and general business matters to clients of all sizes and at all stages of business development. He also represents clients in the issuance, purchase and sale of securities both public and private.

Mr. Preston was born in Casper, WY and was raised in Yoder WY. He enjoys lifting weights, fly fishing, mountain biking, horses and spending time with his family.
