We provide prompt, thorough, and accurate advice, to help avoid or minimize legal claims and liability.
Dispute resolution: We represent clients in disputes before administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and in state and federal courts all the way up to the United States Supreme Court. We strive to be cost-effective, which requires knowledge of the applicable law, careful investigation, consideration of possible motions to obtain dismissal of claims, evaluation of the likelihood and range of an unfavorable outcome, and estimation of defense costs.
