Gil B. Selinger Joins Fairfield and Woods

Denver, CO, August 29, 2011 – The law firm of Fairfield and Woods announced that Gil B. Selinger recently joined its corporate practice. Formerly at Isaccson Rosenbaum, Selinger has experience in both general corporate and securities matters. In addition to providing full service advice to corporate clients, he also counsels clients on state and federal securities laws and raising capital for their businesses. His clients range from small LLCs and family-owned businesses to family offices and large corporations. Prior to studying law, Selinger worked as a financial analyst at Goldman Sachs & Co. in New York City and in federal politics and local business management.
Selinger received his law degree from the University of Colorado School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Columbia University. He is a member of the Colorado and Denver Bars.
