Litigation Associate

We are seeking a commercial litigation associate with 1-2 years experience, who has exceptional academic credentials & writing skills. Must be admitted to the Colorado Bar.

Corporate Attorneys

We are seeking to supplement our business and corporate department by adding one or more director-level attorneys having existing practices with 10 plus years corporate experience in areas including entity formation, business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, tax and securities.
