Rehan Hasan practices primarily in the areas of business and corporate law and taxation. He advises and represents clients with respect to general taxation issues including corporate and partnership taxation, tax exempt entities, choice of entity, buyout transactions, venture capital financing, and commercial transactions.

Mr. Hasan was born in Queens, NY and raised in Las Vegas, NV. He graduated from New York University with an LLM in Taxation in 2005. Rehan is also a 1996 graduate of the University of Newcastle upon Tyne, England with an MA in International Political Studies and a 1999 graduate from California Western School of Law.

Mr. Hasan serves on the boards of several community organizations including Muslims for America and the ACLU of Colorado. In his spare time he enjoys politics, football (soccer), and spending time with his family.
