Mr. Loeb devotes his practice to counseling corporate clients, particularly entrepreneurs and owners of closely-held businesses. This representation covers a broad spectrum of business matters, including acquisitions and divestitures and contract negotiations. Mr. Loeb also works closely with business owners in their estate planning and succession planning. Mr. Loeb currently serves on the Firm's Executive Committee.
Mr. Loeb is chairman of the Board of Directors of the Colorado I Have A Dream Foundation. He formerly served as Program Chairman of the Rocky Mountain Estate Planning Council, and as chairman of the Section of Taxation of the Colorado Bar Association.
