Ms. Fisher currently focuses her practice on commercial litigation, trademark law, copyright law, water law, and employment law.

In 2001-2002, Ms. Fisher served as law clerk to the Honorable Raymond Dean Jones of the Colorado Court of Appeals. In the autumn of 2002, she entered private practice. During law school, Ms. Fisher served as Editor-in Chief of the University of Colorado Law Review and was the recipient of the Courtland H. Peterson Leadership Award and the William O. DeSouchet Award for outstanding performance in trial advocacy.

Prior to entering law school, Ms. Fisher owned and operated a successful commercial photography business, specializing in corporate photography.

Ms. Fisher takes a special interest in the growth of Colorado's small businesses. She serves on the Governor's Small Business Advisory Council. She speaks to groups covering topics of particular concern to business owners, including business entity formation, protection of intellectual property, and business litigation. In addition, Ms. Fisher keeps her interest in the arts alive in serving as a board member for the Art Students League of Denver and in volunteering her time representing pro-bono clients through the Colorado Lawyers for the Arts Program.

Ms. Fisher was born in Newton Lower Falls, Massachusetts and was raised in Peoria, Illinois and Lakewood, Colorado. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, telemark skiing, and keeping current with her French language skills.
