Teresa C. Baird focuses her practice on estate planning and administration. She assists clients with simple and complex estate planning matters including wills, trusts, and associated estate and gift tax matters. Ms. Baird also advises foundations and non-profit corporations on general tax issues. She also has experience in corporate technology and intellectual property, including trademark law, copyright law, domain name acquisition, and advertisement review.

Prior to joining our team, Teresa practiced in the areas of intellectual property and litigation at law firms in San Diego, California and St. Louis, Missouri. During law school, she studied international law for a semester in Cork, Ireland.

Teresa was born in Springfield, Missouri and recently moved to Colorado in 2007. She enjoys traveling, running, and skiing.
