Fairfield and Woods adds three new lawyers - Nick Dyer, Paul Janda, and Chris Spurr.
Nick joins the firm’s real estate practice group as of counsel, where he will focus on leasing, purchase and sale of residential and commercial real estate, and finance. He has ten years of experience as a corporate and real estate attorney representing lenders, borrowers, landlords, developers, architects, and general contractors. Nick earned his law degree from Harvard and his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from Utah State University.
Paul joins the firm’s litigation practice group as an associate, where he will focus on business and commercial litigation. He represents clients in a variety of industries, including transportation, healthcare, construction, railroad, oil and gas, business services, and recreation. Paul earned his law degree from the University of Colorado Law School, after which he clerked for now-Chief Justice Nathan B. Coats at the Colorado Supreme Court. He received his master’s degree in music from the University of Wisconsin and his undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska.
Chris joins the firm’s real estate practice group as an associate, where he will focus on real estate development and investing, land use, construction, environmental issues, and general business transactions. He draws on his experience owning a successful real estate, business, and environmental law practice to deliver pragmatic and creative legal solutions to his clients. Chris earned his law degree from The John Marshall Law School and his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado.
