Andrew is a solution-oriented corporate and transactional attorney who advises companies on commercial contracting, regulatory compliance, and enterprise risk management. He helps clients structure and negotiate complex business arrangements that align legal protection with operational needs, delivering clear, practical guidance that supports confident decision making.

He has extensive experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including distribution agreements, master services agreements, equipment resale contracts, security agreements, technology licenses, and spectrum leases. Andrew works closely with business leaders, technical teams, and cross functional stakeholders to develop implementable legal solutions that advance organizational strategy.

Andrew’s practice includes advising clients on transactions spanning North and Latin America and counseling on related regulatory issues, including privacy, antitrust, export controls, and international taxation. His background allows him to navigate both routine and high complexity matters with a balanced understanding of legal risk and operational realities.

Before joining Fairfield and Woods, Andrew served as in house counsel for a national telecommunications provider and a regional water utility. In those roles, he negotiated commercial contracts and advised on day to day legal, compliance, and operational matters; experience that informs his practical, business aligned approach to client service.
