Coronavirus (COVID-19) Visitor Policy

In keeping with public health guidelines around COVID-19, and to ensure the safety of all our colleagues, clients, and visitors we have adopted the following visitor policy. 

If you have experienced any of the following symptoms, please leave the office immediately. Symptoms include, fever, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, chills, muscle pain, sore throat, or loss of taste or smell. This list is not all possible symptoms. Other less common symptoms have been reported, including gastrointestinal symptoms like nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea.

Other requirements:

  • When visiting 1801 California you will be required to wear a mask. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided. 
  • Please follow instructions posted throughout the building lobby. 
  • We are not currently brewing coffee, so please purchase coffee in the building lobby. 
  • Upon arrival to our office, visitors will need to confirm they have not had any symptoms or been in contact with someone that has COVID-19 in the past 14 days. 
  • At this point, visitors will have their temperature taken by their host. The host will then ask a variety of questions pertaining to your health.
  • Visitors will then enter our reception area to wash their hands in our client lounge.
  • Visitors will then be taken to one of our approved visitor conference rooms.
  • Each conference room has sanitizer, Clorox wipes, and tissue. Gloves can be provided to visitors, as well.  
  • Visitors can remove their masks once they are seated in the conference room, but must wear their masks in our hallways and bathrooms. 
  • Visitors are asked to practice social distancing. If social distancing is not possible, please continue wearing a mask. 
  • We ask that visitors bring any necessary supplies with them, including pens, paper, phones, and laptops. If this is not possible, we will attempt to supply these items. 
  • When visitors leave the premises, we will wipe down the areas used. 

If there is anything else, we can do to make your visit more comfortable please do not hesitate to let us know.
