Bio

Eric has nearly a decade of legal experience spanning environmental law, water rights, natural resources development, public finance, and local government representation. He advises municipalities, special districts, and private clients on complex legal issues involving infrastructure financing, administrative law, and regulatory compliance. Eric serves as both general and water counsel, handling land and water transactions, contract negotiations, groundwater matters, and the expansion and protection of water rights and systems.

Eric has represented clients before the Colorado Ground Water Commission, all seven divisions of the Colorado Water Court, the Colorado District Courts, the Colorado Supreme Court, and a variety of administrative forums. He previously served as a prosecutor for both the State of Colorado and the City of Denver, where he gained significant litigation and trial experience.
