Since starting her practice, Lori has specialized in working with sophisticated women- and family-owned businesses to create trust, estate, and wealth transfer planning solutions. She partners with clients throughout their lives, so when changes happen, she can update plans accordingly. Lori regularly works with families who need to adjust a legacy plan after the dissolution of a marriage, birth of a child, or other life changes that impact a client’s goals. Lori has a depth of experience handling probate administration and litigation, and clients often seek her out after an estate has entered the probate system. In addition to managing an extensive portfolio of probate litigation, Lori has experience with guardianships, conservatorships, and she has served as guardian ad litem through the Colorado judicial system. She also currently serves as the Public Administrator for the 13th Judicial District. A former chair of the Elder Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association, Lori is well aware of the challenges her clients face as they age, and she has a depth of knowledge handling Medicaid and Medicare issues.
